NOTM

NOTM: July


 I absolutely love nicely shaped fingernails and when I was younger I even pierced my little fingernail. (How cool was i?)

 I thought I would do a post on what nail polishes I have been sporting this month. I am really into the matte brightly coloured polishes at the moment and have picked up some great colours from Asda for just £1.00, plus, the weather has been so dull recently, it has been nice to look at something bright again.

 Ok, here are photos of my painted nails this month:

I have a 'newspaper' effect nail design that I want to do soon, and also have some sparkly polishes to try out, so check back next month to see how these turn out.

 What nail polishes have you been using lately? Have you managed to get any that are cheaper than £1.00 ?

    I adore the second colour, can't get enough of coral colours for summer! I am also loving that purple shatter polish look, I haven't had such luck with mine as they just come out looking like I have splodged it on! Which one did you use?
    For cheap and cheerful nail polishes, I love Miss Sporty. Not sure exactly how much they are off the top of my head, but not much more than £1, I think! I've actually got a really similar coral one by them.

      Thank you ! The crackle polish is actually made by a salon owner near where I live (Salon West) You actually heat this one up. It's a great effect. Check out their website

    Great manicures! I love the Coral colour and the purple crackle!

    I've been thinking about piercing my nail too, and getting a cute little charm for it, but I keep thinking it will rip off if it catches on something, ouch!

      Hello, it never used to hurt if it got caught in something, you would just need to file your nail down slightly so you didn't have a gap haha

    I like the shape and color of the second one, i am not a big fan of the crackle polishes though :( You have wonderful nails...i wish!!

    I particularly like the ones in the top right hand corner and the bottom left hand corner :) Are all the nailpolishes in the pics from Asda? I wasn't aware they did the crackle ones too?
